And plenty of great entertainment including a roaming performer.  And you don’t have to worry about nominating a sober driver because we will deliver you both ways – from and to our Mount Maunganui and Tauranga locations.

The venue - The Secret Garden - A unique, balinese-inspired garden cafe in the Waihi Beach village. A beautiful space, planted with lush tropical plants and palms – you’ll feel like you’ve wandered into an island hideaway.

Iz Waddid Iz - 4 lads hailing from Waihi Beach and the Bay of Plenty area in Aotearoa/New Zealand. Bringing you warm flavours of indie, reggae and rock intertwined with a coastal energy. I.W.I are your local boys with diverse sounds and backgrounds.

BUS DETAILS

Your name will be on a list when you arrive at the bus (or on the door at the venue for non-bus guests). Our hosts will greet you as you board the bus and at the venue.

We have two 50-seater busses booked for our event. Please let us know if you wish to travel with friends so we can pre-arrange seating to ensure we keep you together where possible.

Mount Maunganui Guests:

Meet at Rata St, outside the old fire station at 11.45am. The bus departs at 12pm sharp. We will have you back at Rata St by 7.40pm.

Tauranga Guests:

Meet at Willow Street bus stop, outside the Tauranga Art Gallery at 12pm. The bus departs at 12.20pm sharp. We will have you back to Willow St by 7:20pm

IMPORTANT BUS INFO:

• Please arrive 15 mins early to avoid missing the bus.

• There is to be NO vaping or smoking please on coaches (Bus company rules).

• You are welcome to BYO drinks on bus journey but we ask NO GLASS please. You won't be able to take your own drinks into the garden, these must stay on the coach on arrival.

• We will collect your empties on arrival in Waihi only. Please take all rubbish with you when you return home.

• There will be a very short toilet stop in KatiKati both ways for your comfort.

BAD WEATHER PLAN

Please be aware, in the likelihood of bad weather we are working on a backup venue in Waihi Beach. You will be kept updated on this as we go.
